Refund and Return Policy

At M Square Motivation & Corporate Training, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to return a book or seek a refund for training services. Please review our policies below.

1. Refund and Return Policy for Books

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Books must be in their original condition: unused, unopened, and undamaged.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@msquaremotivation.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the book. Please ensure that the book is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned book, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and any promotional items are not eligible for returns.

Damaged or Defective Books

  • If you received a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy for Trainings

Classroom Training, Online Training, and Corporate Training

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date of the training will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 3-6 days before the training start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days before the training start date.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your training session without penalty if requested 3 days before the scheduled start date.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the start date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.

Special Batches and Individual Training

  • Custom and individual training sessions are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your session once without any additional fee if the request is made 3 days prior to the scheduled session.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not attend the scheduled training session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original method of payment.
